I’m Lois – the girl behind the lens! Photography has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I feel so lucky to call it my job. There’s something magical about capturing the love between two people—the raw emotions, the unfiltered happiness, and the beautiful atmosphere of the day.

I live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent with my wonderful husband Jack and our little boy soaking up every joyful, chaotic, and love-filled moment of family life. Since getting married, my surname has changed to Tickle. If you’re wondering why my business is still called Lois Brown Photography even though I got married and became a Tickle… well, let’s just say “Tickle Photography” didn’t quite have the elegant, romantic vibe I was going for. (Although, I do promise lots of giggles and happy tears in my photos!)

I’m a firm believer that photography isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s about feeling them. I want my images to bring you right back to that moment, to make you smile, laugh, and maybe even shed a happy tear. My style is all about warmth, authenticity, and capturing those fleeting, intimate glances and bursts of laughter that make your love story uniquely yours.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me swooning over interior design (seriously, I could scroll Pinterest for hours!) or enjoying the little things in life and days out with my family. I bring that same love for aesthetics and emotion into my work, making sure each photo carefully curated.

When I’m carefully handcrafting your wedding gallery, you’ll usually find me with a cup of tea in hand, completely immersed in reliving your special moments—while also getting lost in a good podcast! Whether it’s the laughs from LuAnna: The Podcast, the fascinating stories from Short History, or a bit of mystery with After Dark, there’s always something playing in the background as I bring your photos to life.
